Voicemail on a high
The members of vocal duo Voicemail have returned from a series of performances in Europe and are quite upbeat about the inroads made there.
The first performance was on February 26 in Paris, France, and the last one was on March 29 in Moscow, Russia, for the series Dancehall International, which was promoted by Big Up Productions.
"This year marked our first time visiting Russia, and it was an eye-opening trip. What I remember most about performing there was how much they know the music and the culture so well. It is always amazing how other countries are so locked into our culture," member Qraig Voicemail said.
He added that the highlight was the reception from the Russians to the duo's song catalogue.
"The biggest highlight for me was the word for word singing and dancing to the music of Voicemail. It was definitely a pleasure hearing and seeing this happening before our eyes. We can't wait to go back there," he said.
Despite not releasing a full-length project in recent years, the members of Voicemail continue to release solo music. Time is the latest from Kevyn and is featured on his album Skyllvchi while Shake and Rich is the latest release from Qraig.
